The New A-Team hits the dirt roads of Afghanistan hunting for the Taliban
Oh, oh, oh: I’ve got another: “Those Taliban bastards hit the truck carrying our milkbones. Mount up, fellas! Time to take matters into our own paws!”

Love it! When it comes to treats, even my little sausage on legs would mount up for the offensive. :0)
Awesome picture!! I can see how you fall in love with these guys/gals.
Such great looking dogs! Ah, if I was 35 yrs younger, I’d definitely consider working with them, one way or another.
I chose horses instead back in my younger days. MWD units were very different back then, as was the military after Vietnam.
Kevin, did you ever know Sgt Zainah Creamer? She was a dog handler and friend of my daughter and son in law.
Kevin, a while ago I asked you if you could tell us more about the type of equipment the dogs use. But WOOOOW! I never realised the dogs were this far advanced. Note the way the gunner has that narrow-eyed look about him!

Total top dogs, Kevin. Love the caption, and agree with you 1000 percent – would not want to meet those MWDs if I was the enemy! In dogs we trust!
Kevin, I really love getting your pics and updates on the working dog and their handlers. I know it’s hard and dangerous work, but you guys have the coolest job in the service.

Thank you Patti!

Not personally Deb but her reputation is second to none. I’v heard that Jofa is back at work with a new handler. Does your son know if this rumor is true?

Yeah Jerry…he is no joke. I wouldn’t want to meet these three in a dark alley.
I haven’t forgotten about your request either Jerry. It is on my posts to write list.

Thanks Sandra! I heard they are on a secret mission right now! Expect some Taliban to mysteriously disappear!

Thanks David. There is nothing better than having your best 4-legged pal with you in the face of danger.
