  1. Kevin,

I like the tag line you use “Brilliant Brits” I will have to tell my Brit friends that:). I admire how you show different corners of nationalities in your shares and stories but wrap it around in one focus and passion of yours regarding the dogs. Your blogs, the pictures and stories are really well ogranized. The photos are wonderful and it brings your followers into a view in all of your lives. Pictures do tell a lot and well so do words, lol. Thank you for what you do.

Thanks so much Adriana. There are a ton of other country dogs in theater. I got to see only a few though.

I really appreciate your kind words. I love the pictures as well……it can put you right next to them or as if you are right there just watching from a few feet away.

      Hope you day is great.

  2. The first pic is my favorite. What a cutie! they both dog and soldier look relaxed. Great post!

Good pictures and interesting ! We get tv programmes in UK from Helmand and often see soldiers adopting stray dogs/pups into camp. These sniffer dogs are great tho’, they always seem so enthusiastic – as well as doing a good job.

Thank you very much Sylvia. It is amazing to me that a dog saves countless lives because they want a rub on the head and maybe a kong. Crazy huh!

  4. Kev, I just love these photos. It shows how man and dogs are forever partners for peace and in stability. I love the first photo where the dog and his handler is playful and the capture is great inspiration.

    inspiring photos indeed.

Hi Wendell! Our dogs are finding explosives and saving our troops’ lives on the battlefield…..but their greatest impact is on the camp far away from the dangers of patrol.
