 Military Working Dog Info

Currently the United States military employs several thousands military working dogs in defense of this nation.  Dogs are in every branch of service and conduct mission such as installation security, law enforcement support, secret service missions, support to the State Department and are constantly deploying in support of world-wide contingency operations.

Dogs are on the front lines in Afghanistan leading combat patrols and finding explosives with their noses and instincts.  They are outperforming advanced technology and million dollar pieces of equipment on the battlefield.  They are saving our Service Members lives every day.
